Ashley-Richmond Accountants Ltd (company number 08009200) is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and in the course of providing our services. Our registered office is at Argyle House, 3rd Floor, Northside, 5–9 Joel Street, Northwood Hills, Middlesex, HA6 1NW.
What we collect
Contact details you give us (name, email address, telephone number and business type) when you use our contact form, call us or email us; and the financial and personal information we need to provide accountancy, tax, payroll and audit services once you become a client.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, to provide our services, to meet our legal and regulatory obligations (including anti-money-laundering checks and ACCA requirements), and to keep you informed about deadlines and changes that affect you. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for 12 months. Client records are retained for the period required by law and our regulator — normally six years after the end of the engagement.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email info@ashley-richmond.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
