Paresh founded Ashley-Richmond with the intention of offering something different in the financial services world: working hard, focusing on others, building a sustainable future and delivering service that reaches impeccable levels at all times.
As Director and the firm's statutory auditor, Paresh has overall responsibility for the quality of the practice's work. He signs off audit reports, reviews year-end accounts and tax computations, and is the person clients turn to for a senior view on growth, restructuring or succession.
Every client at Ashley-Richmond is allocated a partner and a manager, and Paresh stays close to the detail — he believes the best advice comes from knowing a business and its owners well, not from a single meeting once a year.
